Wilhelmsen House has no reception and has automated check-in and check-out.
You will receive the code by e-mail and SMS to your room on the day you move in with us.

Booking
Nei, vi har kun ansatte på kontoret i huset mellom 08.00-16.00 i ukedagene, men ring oss gjerne på 971 35 000 og tast 2 om det er noe du lurer på.

Yes, you will enter your personal code at any time after the code is received.
The code for your room will be sent out between 2 pm and 3 pm the day you will arrive.
Short stays can be canceled free of charge no later than 24 hours before arrival (before 15 the day before arrival).
Stays of 30-90 days must be canceled 7 days before arrival.
Bookings over 90 days must be canceled 14 days before arrival.
YES. To access the Wilhelmsen House and your room, payment must be made. We do not accept cash. When paying with a card on the spot, this must be agreed in advance.
Yes, just send us an email to post@wh.no and we will help you extend your stay. All you have to do is pay trough the payment link we're sending you.
We do not have a restaurant at the house, but you can order food from foodora or from Domino's pizza with delivery to Wilhelmsen House. (Domino's delivers for free)
Unfortunately, we do not have a room / apartment adapted for the disabled, but please feel free to contact us (post@wh.no or call 971 35 000 and key 5) as there may be aparments that still suits your needs.
All rooms are equipped with bedlinens and towels, hair dryer, soap and toilet paper. Rooms with kitchenettes have all the tools needed and glass / dishes / utensils / frying pan and boilers. Guests have free access to the laundry in the basement where you have two washing machines, a dryer, and a ironing station at their disposal for free. Our guests can also work out for free at our gym.
Accommodation and facilities
Yes, Aimo Park has paid parking right outside Wilhelmsen House.
Enter via Thurmannsgate, then turn left and another left again.
There is also a charging station for electric cars. Driveway at the back of the house. Parking cannot be reserved.
All prices and inquiries are directed to Aimo Park.
WH is located just ahead of central hospital of Vestfold, and a 5 minute walk to the train- and busstation.

We have some extra beds available on request. Requests must be sent no later than 24 hours before arrival.
Yes, we are happy to put in a travel cot. This must be booked 24 hours before arrival. This costs NOK 250.
No, we do not have any restaurants, only a charming bakery. Here you can buy breakfast and lunch + cakes for your coffe every day. Se åpningstider og meny her.

Yes, it is. The room is cleaned every 5 days for short-term rentals (shorter than 30 days). The room is cleaned every 7 days long term rental (longer than 30 days).
Downstairs we have a gym which is open from 06:00 to 23:00 every day. Bring your own towel and wipe all appliances before and after use.

Yes, it is possible to store luggage in our office during opening hours 8-16.
Yes, foodora.no og dominos.no delivers dinner from various restaurants in Tønsberg. The food can be enjoyed in the lobby or in the room.
